  • When you book a service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.

  • We service all of Philadelphia. Use the LOCATIONS tab to find out more about services in your area.

  • Standard cleaning includes: Dusting furniture and wood surfaces, disinfecting high touch surfaces, scrubbing in the bathroom and kitchen, and mopping and/or vacuuming floors. We do offer extra service add-ons, such as cleaning inside the refrigerator and inside the oven, and those can be chosen when booking your service.

  • We price based on common spaces, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, and any additional requests. Submit our Get a Quote form for specific pricing for your space.

  • Yes, we are a full service cleaning company and bring our own cleaning supplies. We strive to choose the best products for your cleaning needs, while being mindful of green cleaning initiatives and the environment. If a green cleaning is your preference, please specify so we can plan accordingly. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

  • Yes! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

  • We have full trust in our cleaners! All of our cleaning crews are thoroughly screened, with a process that includes a review of experience, reference checks, and a face-to-face interview.

  • If something goes wrong we are here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll address your concern and provide a solution. That’s our promise to you!

  • We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Launch 27, which are layered with their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.

  • If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right after reviewing the matter.
